Thermal Systems offers a wide range of products and services and is part of a larger Cold Storage Facilities Group, where by, we offer both top products and installation, but also consulting service for any size cold storage project. We surpass the competition, in, not only price, but value, by offering direct factory pricing for most products to our clients and include installation services, and follow through the entire order process until the project is complete while working with major General Contractors and Refrigeration Contractors.
We do not act as a contractor or professional design service but work closely with factories, architects, Refrigeration and General Contractors to see to it that you, the end user, get the best value and quality products and installation.
After 28 years, our associations run deep with contractors and services as well as with product manufacturers. We will see to it that you receive competitive pricing on everything from the cement work, to the steel structure, cold storage insulated panels, cold storage and high speed doors, overhead doors, pallet racking, refrigeration systems and material handling equipment and installation services.
We work to find the best contractor to do the work for you at the most competitive pricing with quality work. Negotiated design build work is always less costly than starting with an architect and a competitive bid process and less worrisome when it comes to a quality job from a low bidder. We also ahve access to many great northwest building sites and work with sources that can offer full financing or offer lease arrangements.
